(Celui qui dispose que Le divorce peut être demandé par l'un des époux lorsque des faits constitutifs d'une violation grave ou renouvelée des devoirs et obligations du mariage sont imputables à son conjoint et rendent intolérable le maintien de la vie commune)
La Cour de cassation, dans un arrêt du 30 avril 2014 confirme l’arrêt estimant que le pourvoi de la pécheresse utilisait un moyen qui n’était fondé en aucune de ses branches ; en ce y compris celle dont elle est tombé, si je puis oser.
